The Frame will then be sandblasted to remove lose paint and material. All parts are inspected; non-working parts are replaced with new/reconditioned parts. New filter cloth and gasketing for filter plates. Frame is coated with two-part epoxy paint. Reconditioned items come standard with a 30 day warranty on all parts. The confidentiality of these items cannot be compromised, duplicated, or copied without written consent from Water and Wastewater Equipment Company. 2. Unless reduced in writing and accepted by Water and Wastewater Equipment Company, no modifications of these terms and conditions shall be of any force of effect. The quotation shall deem to incorporate, without exception, all terms and conditions contained herein. No modifications shall be effected by Water and Wastewater Equipment Company’s acknowledgment or acceptance of the Owner’s Purchase Order Form, which may contain different terms and conditions. 3. The ownership and title of equipment and materials shall remain vested in Water and Wastewater Equipment Company’s corporation until Owner has made payments in full within terms of the agreement. Upon failure to make agreed payments, or any part thereof, Water and Wastewater Equipment Company is to retain any and all partial payments and shall be entitled to take immediate possession of said equipment and materials. 4. All local taxes, state taxes, federal taxes, labor taxes, import or embargo fees are to be paid by Buyer. 5. Waivers of any breach of this contract does not constitute waiver of other breaches of the contract. 6. The Purchaser agrees that until full payment is made he will not encumber or dispose of said goods, or permit them to be in any way encumbered or taken by operation of law, and will not remove said goods or permit them to be removed from the address where installed without the written consent of Water and Wastewater Equipment Company.
