1 x Complete Dry Cake Pressure Leaf Filter or VLF made by Industrial Filter in Chicago. 440 square feet of Filter area. Leafs are on 4" centers. This is a full working system with all tanks, pumps and piping that filters liquids at 100+ Gallons Per Minute.  This includes the VLF Stand, the Pneumatic Knife Valve at the bottom, all sight glasses, 2 x Gorman-Rupp 3" Gear Pumps, 2 x Custom made 20' long x 8' wide cake bins, electric Hoist for removing leafs, 1,500 gallon Pre-Coat tank with sweep agitator, full mezzanine, reciprocating Blower, all MCC's and 4,500 gallons main feed tank with coils for steam with full steam control system.  Sale of Pressure Leaf Filter also  includes 1 x 8000 gallon horizontal storage tank that the VLF is pre-plumbed to transfer finished product into.  This tank is coupled to a Flow-Serve VFD Controlled Centrifugal pump that is included with the sale for pumping out of this storage tank. This is a full working system with under 100 total cycles that filters material at well over 100 GPM. Have all prints and specs in PDF format. Easily dissembled into sub systems for shipment and we'll arrange the equipment to move. We have all the Operating Manuals and can provide training on how to use this system. If bought separately, this is over half a million dollars in equipment!! We can include 40 pallets of Various Filter Aids like DE and/or Perlite with the sale. $10,000 deposit within 24 hours of end of Auction. Contact me to assist with shipment off the site so we can help load the equipment for you. The low cost we have to disassemble and load the entire system on 1 truck is 6k.
