Fire Hose Reel | Holds up to 100' of 1 1/2" Fire Hose Product Description This Swing-Type Reel for 1 1/2" (38.1 mm) Fire Hose holds as much as 150 feet of lightweight hose or as much as 75 feet of rubber-lined single-jacket hose for industrial and commercial fire protection applications. This model ships with a one-piece 14-gauge wall bracket that enables 180-degree swing. This 150' Fire Hose Reel is compact and designed with a vented wheel that supports drying of 1 1/2" fire hose to avoid mold and mildew. This reel is designed to hold the same hose required in NFPA 14 Class II and Class III standpipe systems for use by trained personnel. Each reel comes standard in a red-baked enamel finish. When installed, hose is double rolled from center of length and coupled to the valve and nozzle. The drum on this swing-type reel limits kinking and twisting. Hose is easily removed by pulling toward fire and is instantly ready for action when unreeled and the valve opened.
