This auction is for a set of Lakeland/Fyrepel OSX Alpha Turnout/bunker gear. This item was manufactured in 2008 and was purchased new to use as demonstration equipment for future sales of similar items through our company. The gear has never been exposed to weather, fire, heat, chemicals, or any other harmful materials. This set is like new and has no signs of wear or tear. The gear still meets NFPA standards for structural firefighting PPE. The gear is yellow Nomex with orange scotchlite striping. The coat has the integrated drag rescue system and closes using Velcro and a hook & D type closure. The pants are also equipped with a Velcro and hook & D closure. The gear is a standard size MEDIUM. The manufacturer's warranty has expired but no defects have been noted in this set. Yellow isn't the most popular color for turnout gear these days, but at this price, who can complain?
