First Data FD200ti Credit Card and Check Verification Terminal This model designed for mostly check processing will continue 'active' under Fiserv/First-Data for a long time since FD has no replacement for it. The optional FD35 allows it to read EMV/chip cards. So if you have an FD100 (obsoleted/killed off by FD), or FD130DUO that is defective (probably print problems) and you still have a good FD35, here is a cheap solution instead of buying a used FD130 (which I sell for $100) or a new FD150 (which I sell for $210). Your FD rep will activate this model for you if you request it. You can also at any time use it to process (validate) CHECKS thru FD/Telecheck The OPTIONAL FD35 pinpad turns this combo into the EMV (chip card) compliant model required since October 2015 . Without the attached FD35 it can only read credit cards by swipe function This model can communicate in 2 modes: - Tel (dial) line, - Internet (Modem/router) cable NOTE: Only First Data clients can activate this model (also FDMS affiliates like Wells Fargo, BOA, Suntrust, Ignite and more).
