This device is in fair cosmetic condition with peeling paint and slight corrosion. Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item. We powered on this device using a standard 110V outlet. We tested it and got similar results to another scale that we have. We are unable to guarantee the calibration of this balance. This item was purchased from surplus. We see no outward reason that it will not function fully. Given that we cannot guarantee the calibration of this balance, this device will be sold as-is.
