Fisher Scientific Differential Thermalyzer 260P w/ 260F Cylinder Oven Furnace Up for auction is a used Fisher Scientific Differential Thermalyzer 260P with 260F Cylinder Oven Furnace. This item is in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear including minor scuff marks and scratches but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The internal heating coils are in good condition with no cracks. The insulation around the coils is missing a few small pieces but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition. We did notice that one of the recorder connections on the 260P item had been broken off. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item.  Dimensions of cylindrical chamber:  1.25" Diameter & 6" Height This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. After a few minutes the item became very hot and the coils and internal structure had turned orange. We left the item on and running for another 10 minutes and the item functioned without any issues. During the entire test time we could hear the 260P item running without any issues.  We used a digital thermometer to test the exact temperature and it read from 285- 567 degrees Fahrenheit.
