When I did a functions test, it initially powered on, went to "bal" and then "ready."  I ran the unit, and without opening the lid, could feel slight vibrations as the centrifuge rotated, and I could hear the motor running.  Other than, I don't have much in test equipment to check further.  I was informed from the previous owner that this is in good working order, and no hazardous materials were used in it. This is the non-refrigerated model. This unit will have to travel freight LTL.  Buyer will be responsible for shipping.  My hours of operation are from 8am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.  This is located at a commercial address with a forklift on site.
