30 day warranty. This is for 1 (one) Fisherbrand Finnpipette 5-50ul (New Old Stock). In box but not original box. What is shown is included only. This pipet has not been tested but I assume is in perfect unused condition. We combine multiple items and charge actual shipping for all orders from our store. We will combine shipping on request. Shipping We choose to ship all orders by *”Actual Cost” via Canada Post Regular Parcel. This insures you never pay excessive fees for shipping regardless of destination. Each order is weighed and placed in an appropriately sized box. We do not charge extra for handling or shipping materials. This insures you receive a fair deal when shopping in our store. We strive to build your trust and stand behind everything we sell 100%. Shipping costs that appear attached to each item are general shipping fees and may not be accurate or reflect the Actual Cost of shipping your package. (see below). eBay’s combined shipping model is not always accurate so if you have the time, follow the instructions below. In order to receive “Actual Cost” shipping we ask that you use the “Place in Cart” option then “request a total” option on the top right of the invoice. Place all the items, and quantity, you wish to purchase in the cart. Commit to buy but do not complete and pay until we advise you. We will then calculate the Actual Cost and update your shipping fee. Please be patient, this may take some time to complete. We will message you when you can complete your purchase and pay using your PayPal account. We alternatively may choose to send you an “eBay invoice” with the corrected shipping cost. Your order will go through customs inspection and be subject to possible additional taxes, duties, or other fees. This has nothing to do with us and cannot be avoided. Your package will also experience delays in shipping due to customs inspections, again this is beyond our control so please expect delays in shipping times. We always provide a shipping invoice outside the package/box. We find this helps with the customs clearance time in some cases. We do not ship items listed as a “gift” so please do not request this as it is illegal. Refunds We would like to take the fear out of buying on eBay. We will offer refunds on any item you receive that does not match the description listed, this will include shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged we will also issue a refund if pictures (multiple) are provided of the box damage and item(s) damage in detail with the item sticker showing clearly. We do not issue refunds if you simply bought the wrong item(s) however, we will issue you a credit or exchange in our store provided you pay the return shipping and the cost of the replacement item(s) forward shipping.
