AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE WE CONSISTANTLY SPLICED BETWEEN  0.02 dB AND 0.05 dB. IT COMES WITH CHARGER, GOOD BATTERY, CLEAVER, INSTRUCTION BOOK, CARRY CASE, EXTRA SET OF NEW ELECTRODES AND EVERY THING ELSE YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES. THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THIS ITEM.
