Imperial Brass No. 123-F FLARING TOOL KIT with TUBING CUTTER for use on 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 inch tubing. Tools are clean in very good working condition no wear, damage or abuse. Wheel on the cutter is sharp and there is a new spare wheel in the handle. The box is shelf worn and has been painted on the outside, instructions are legible. Made in USA.
