First I start with the best infrared heating element made especially for the garment industry I buy the best from the best heat panel manufacturer in the world bar non. Don’t be fooled by imitation heating coils from a toaster oven or element for an electric oven , these will not cure a t shirt evenly and you will be left with customer complaints time and time again. The Silver flash dryer comes with a bracket to mount to a wall or a post or a stand ( how to build a flash stand video is available on this website ) To cure a t shirt print with our flash dryers it takes less than 1 minute at 4 inches away and to flash cure a print it takes 5 to 10 seconds at 1 1/2 inches away .Flash cure is when you are printing a color and you need to lay another color or layer of ink over the color just printer Our flash dryers are all 110 volt unless other wise specified .the wattage is determined by the size of the element 12 x12 = 1200 watts ,16x16 = 1600 watts ,18x18 = 1800 watts ,18x 20 = 19050.
