This heat exchanger is from a new system kit that was never built.  It has Swagelok fittings for stainless steel 1” tubing.  Max working press. Is 450 psi.  Max temp is 350 F.  Comes with a 30 day warranty.   The Physical dimensions are 12" X 5" X 5" FLR:
