Please read the following policies so you understand how your order will process. Sales Tax We are required to collect sales tax for orders being shipped to any address in Michigan. Tax collection is based on the address where your order is being shipped. Some states require that tax be collected for both product and shipping& handling charges. Returns Items purchased from our eBay store may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns will require prior authorization and you will be issued a return number (RMA). This return number will need to be written on the outside of the package you use to ship the products back to us. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). All products returned must be in brand new condition with original packaging. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. Your refund will be issued within 3 days of receiving your package and after undergoing an inspection. There may be in some instances where we will charge a restocking fee of 25%. Some examples as to when this charge will occur is when an item comes back not shipped properly or the customer clearly used the item. This charge is solely at our discretion and we will provide the customer with an explanation. Please understand we cannot be held at fault for damage during shipping. You must inspect all items prior to accepting them and be sure to note on the BOL if there is damage or the item has been opened. Take pictures, they tell the story better than anything and are the proof you will need. If you feel the item is no good do not accept it. The driver must wait for you to inspect it so do not sign until you do. Then and only then do you sign. We will not accept items back that are done according to our requirements. Shipping : Almost all of our parts and supplies ship UPS. Your shipping charge will be calculated by the product's weight and your shipping zip code. Most of our orders will ship within 3 days if you place your order by 3 PM Eastern Standard time on business days. Please note that while the delivery date shown is accurate it is provided by eBay and doesn't always take weekends and holidays into account. Most items are stocked in our Oak Park, MI warehouse but some may ship directly from the manufacturer. If there are any problems filling your order in a timely fashion we will contact you ASAP and provide the details. All equipment and larger items will ship LTL Freight. While these items are free shipping it's important to note what that means. Free shipping includes delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock. If you don't have a loading dock it is curbside delivery and the driver is only responsible to move the freight to the end of the tailgate. You are responsible for off-loading your product with a forklift or some muscle. If you don't have a forklift you can opt to pay for lift gate service. A lift gate will lower the product to the ground for you. The lift gate charge is an additional $100. If you can't have your order delivered to a commercial address the freight companies charge additional for residential delivery. The residential delivery charge is $150. Large equipment almost always ships directly from the manufacturer and may require an additional 2-3 days for delivery.
