It resists external abrasion and drag, and is flexible and highly compressible for easy manipulation. A temperature range of -20 to 180 degrees F makes it suitable for applications such as smoke removal, dehumidification, and air conditioning. This polyester hose is listed as UL 94V-0 flame retardant, and it is manufactured with materials that meet U.S. National Fire Protection Association NFPA 701 standards for flame retardant fabrics. It includes enclosed belted cuffs for attachment to portable blowers. Duct hoses are flexible or rigid tubes that convey gases, liquids, and lightweight bulk materials from one location to another.
