We offer a 30-day return policy for most products (excluding shipping and handling charges). You must return the product in its original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for their original and return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed a few days after we receive your authorized return. Please note that if a product has been removed from the United States after delivery within the country, our return policy is no longer valid, and the manufacturer warranty will be void. We ship Monday through Friday, and any order placed over the weekend will ship the next business day.
