These devices came out in the 1990's .. they are constructed of ABS resin which is not nearly as brittle as regular plastic, hold 50 cards in Hard Card Top Load holders on a track like system that allows you to flip thru the cards .. they are a great display item for shops and show dealers .. You get 4 (four) units, as well as a bonus of 2 Packs of 25 in each pack of Ultra Pro 3 X 4 Top Loader Card Holder .. 4 Racks that hold 50 cards each, 200 cards total plus 50 New Top Loaders .. each unit is 12" long and 3.5" wide .. Now, I'll tell you up front that it can sometimes be a little hassle to get the top loaders to sit in the slots right .. if the top loader is too thin, you'll need to put some tape on the bottom edge of the top loader to get it to grip .. and top loaders that are too thick will require shoving into the slot .. That said, it's still a great device .. hard to find and these are all in excellent condition ..
