GB2000DC Electric Burnisher The GB2000DC is a fast and effective burnisher for hard surface flooring. There is no meter to watch or pad pressure to adjust. The unique balanced chassis design permits maximum pad pressure applicable to meet changing floor surfaces. Pad “loading” is minimized. The results are clearly visible; a ‘wet look’ glossy floor in less time, that is easy to maintain. Straight line tracking and Pullman-Holt’s ‘trademark’ folding handle fixed for ease of operation, enables the operator to perform more satisfactorily with less fatigue. Features: • Heavy-duty slow release 15amp circuit breaker protects against overload. • Sealed main wheel bearings are permanently lubricated with steel hubs and positive locking nuts. • 50 ft. power cord enables operator to cover a large area without changing outlets. • Semi-pneumatic 6”, non-marking rubber main wheels with permanently lubricated ball bearings. • Permanently welded wheel axies maintain alignment and precision balance improving machine operation. .Technical Specifications: Coverage: 15,000 sq. ft. of floor area per hour. Motor: Continuous duty, permanent magnet. 1.5 HP DC rectified 115V, 60Hz input, 13 amps Pad Speed: 2000 RPM Pad Drive System: Dynamically balanced, cast iron pulley with six groove poly v-belt drive and permanently lubricated, self alignment bearings pad driver shaft 1”dia. Pad Drive Block: 1”marine plywood with centering and locking device to accept 20”pads Construction: Chassis – 12 gauge welded steel with corrosive resistant baked enamel finish. Handle – 1.25”dia.
