This unit will ship in the original box with everything that would have been included from the factory. The boxes will have at least some wear but none of them have any major damage. Flotec originally offered a warranty that covered 24 months. We are NOT a Flotec dealer, so the Flotec limited warranty will not apply. However, we will warrant the pump based on the exact terms and conditions of the Flotec Limited Warranty for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This will provide a proper amount of time to install the pump accessory and confirm that it is in perfect working order as advertised. We will be happy to correct any issue that may arise with this or any product. You MUST ensure that you are connecting the pump accessory properly. Please read the wiring instructions in the manual prior to installing. We will not accept a return for any pumps that were wired incorrectly. We will ship to U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. Return Policy The Myers company originally offered a 1 year warranty on this specific pump. We are NOT a Myers dealer, so the Myers warranty will not be honored on any pumps purchased from us. With each pump purchased we are offering a 60 day warranty limited to the exact same terms and condition as the Myers limited warranty . The 60 days will begin with the date of purchase and this is intended to provide a proper amount of time to install the pump and confirm that it is in perfect working order as advertised.
