10 plex red fluorescent beads that can be detected/resolved in APC fluorescent channel of most common flow cytometers such as BD FACSCanto and C6. Polystyrene beads with uniform size at 6 micron. Carboxylated beads are suitable for protein or capture antibody conjugation. Use 1 bead position for a single protein/antibody conjugation. Totally 10 proteins/antibodies can be conjugated on 10 bead positions. Beads can be separated by flow cytometry, based on red fluorescence. Then each single bead position can be analyzed by flow cytometry for its biology signal. The 10plex beads can be commonly used for cytokine/chemokine detection by coating beads with respective capture antibody. The conjugation protocol and multiplex bead-based ELISA protocol for flow cytometry detection are provided. The whole kit includes 10 bead positions. Contact me if you just need any individual bead position. Kit component:   1mL x 10 vials.  1 bead position per vial. Total 10 vials.  Bead position: B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B10. Bead density: 10 million/mL; Carboxylated bead conjugation protocol; Multiplex beads-based sandwich ELISA protocol for flow cytometry detection.
