We currently only ship to continental addresses in the US, due to the chemical nature of some of our products. We use the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service for shipping. Return Policy: Buyers are eligible to return products to Fiberglass Coatings within fourteen days of receipt, provided the product has not been used or tampered with and is suitable for resale. Buyers must obtain written authorization from a duly authorized Fiberglass Coatings representative before making a return. If the product is returned within the fourteen day period, Fiberglass Coatings will issue a credit equal to 80% of the purchase price, subject to a 20% restocking charge. This charge applies only to the specific line item returned and not the entire invoice. Fiberglass Coatings will not issue credits for returns made after the fourteen day period.
