The meters are both in GREAT condition! The Fluke 116 multimeter has all the features you will ever need for HVAC testing! It has a nice bright white backlight for working in dark areas and features AutoVolt for automatic AC/DC voltage selection, LoZ low imput impedance to prevent false readings due to "ghost voltage", AC/DC voltage measurement up to 600 volts, AC/DC current measurement up to 10 amps (fused), temperature measurement in Centigrade or Fahrenheit, microamps to test flame sensors, resistance, min/max recording mode, frequency, diode checks, and capacitance measurements, TRUE RMS measurements, MIN/MAX to record signal fluctuations, input alert, and Display Hold and Auto Touch Hold to capture measurements for review. The Fluke 323 clamp meter features controls positioned for one hand operation, measures AC and DC volts up to 600 volts, AC current up to 400 amps, accurate low current measurements, continuity, auto shut off, display hold, and TRUE-RMS AC response measurements.
