Up for sale is working Fluke 123 Industrial Scopemeter (two channel 20MHz handheld oscilloscope) with mostly complete accessory kit. The meter has had a new battery installed and has all the original accessories except the grey probe is missing its ground clip. The reason the scopemeter is being listed as "for parts not working" is due to the display going out. The ribbon cables connecting the LCD module to the display board are flakey and are what's causing the black lines on the screen. These lines move around and go away periodically with pressure and temperature changes. Basically the ribbon cable isn't making good contact between the LCD and the display board. Aside from this issue the scopemeter works as intended. Probably an easy fix if you know what you are doing. Please be aware that the unit is being sold "AS IS," with NO RETURNS. Remember, pictures are part of the description: if it’s not shown it’s not included. We ship FAST, usually same day or next day morning. (Depends on listing closing time and receipt of payment.)

Seller Notes “LCD display has black lines running through it, they come and go and change position periodically. Otherwise the Scopemeter is clean and functioning properly. The only accessory missing is the ground clip for the grey probe, otherwise the kit is complete.”
