This item is tested and in great working order has some wear in tear and there is a drop mark at the top its in the picture other then that only very minor stuff the bag has some wear on it as well. RETURNS: We do NOT accept returns, however in compliance with eBay and just for doing good business we will work with you on items in which we send in error or that get harmed during the shipping process. If there is an issue we will need to know immediately (Within 3 Days of delivery status or ALL Complaints and issues will be dismissed NO EXECPTIONS) If the error is our fault (we sent the wrong item or made a mistake in the item description) we will be happy to reimburse you for the shipping you spent to send the product back to us (Within reason, and we will need proof like a receipt.). However if it is not our fault (Lost in shipping or damaged in shipping) we will not be able to provide you with shipping charges to send the item back to us (This is the risk you take doing online business) however we will require the item to be returned to do a refund (We both loose in this situation). If the error is your fault (gave us the wrong address, purchased the wrong item, etc) the initial shipping cost to us will be taken from the total as well as a fee of 25% for re-stalking and our time (We cant work for free!), what is then left over will be refunded to you, we will not cover any other charges as well as those will also be up to you (Like the 10% eBay fee or 2.9% pay-pal fee).
