This Fluke 714 was used as a display/ show model. It does not come with box or manual. It is still in great condition but has been handled so could have a small scuff on the orange rubber protector. You get what is pictured. This is a discontinued model that was recently replaced bu the Fluke 714B. This is a great deal on a meter that can no longer be purchased from Fluke.
