Calibration certificate: 7/28/2015 Brand new in a box About this item The multifunction process calibrator is a powerful yet easy-to-use field calibrator. Use the measure and source functions to test and calibrate almost any process parameter. Source/simulate volts, mA, thermocouples , RTDs, frequency, ohms, and pressure to calibrate transmitters. Support flow meter testing with frequency and CPM functions. Perform fast linearity tests with auto- step and auto-ramp features. Power transmitters during test using loop supply with simultaneous mA measurement. Handling of fast pulsed RTD transmitters and PLCs, with pulses as short as 10 ms. Store frequently used test setups for later use. Backlight lets you work in poor light. Large battery capacity of four AA cells. Battery door for easy changes. Voltage range: 0 to 100 mV, 0 to 10V (source), 0 to 30V (measure); voltage resolution - 0.01 mV, 0.01V, 0.01V; voltage accuracy - 0.02 percent Rdg + 2 LSD. Notes Max load, 1 mA. mA: 0 to 24 range, 0.001 mA resolution, .02 percent Rdg + 2 LSD accuracy. Notes max load, 1000 ohm. mV (TC terminals): -10.00 mV to 75.00 mV range, .01 mV resolution, .025 percent of range + 1 LSD accuracy. Resistance: 15 to 3200 ohm range, 0.01 to 0.1 ohm resolution, 0.10 to 1.0 ohm. Frequency range: 2.0 to 1000.0 CPM, 1 to 1000 Hz, 1.0 to 10.0 kHz; Frequency resolution - 0.1 CPM, 1 Hz, 0.1 kHz; Frequency accuracy - +/-.05 percent, +/-.05 percent, +/-.25 percent. For frequency source, waveform is 5V p-p squarewave, -0.1V offset. Loop Supply: 24V dc range, 10 percent accuracy. 30V maximum voltage. -40 to 71 degree C storage temperature. -10 to 55 degree C operating temperature. Relative humidity: 95 percent (10 to 35 degree C), 75 percent (30 to 40 degree C), 45 percent (40 to 50 degree C), 35 percent (50 to 55 degree C). Shock: 30g, 11ms, half-sine shock (or 1meter drop test). Vibration: random, 2g, 5-500 Hz. safety: CSA C22.2 No. 1010.1:1992. Battery: Four AA alkaline batteries. Battery life: 25 hours typical. Three years warranty.
