FLUKE 8040A TRUE RMS DMM TESTED WITH A81-115 AND LEADS. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Meter is dusty and needs a good cleaning.  Works with regular batteries and nicads. Included is the oem charger/battery eliminator (A81-115) and a set of vintage new old stock  radioshack/ micronta test leads (79-127) item is being list as-is parts only due to age of item . Please check this link out from another person who bought one used non working and cleaned it up and got it work with little effort.
