It has been tested and found to work perfectly, and comes with a TL71 Test Lead Set, Fluke FlukeView Forms Basic software version 3.6, Fluke 884x-USB usb to rs-232 cable adapter with driver, and power cord. The OutG SW has been upgraded to 2.10.882.24, which supports the 400 mAmp range and ratio function of the DC Voltage, see photos. This multimeter is still showing the 100 mAmp input on its faceplate, but the 10 Amp and 400 mAmp fuses are both in good condition.
