This belonged to a friend of mine who passed away recently. He was an auto mechanic before becoming an aircraft mechanic and I'm sure he used this in one or both of those capacities. I really don't know much about this so I have done my best to take good pictures and provide accurate descriptions. Please look carefully at the pictures and ask any questions you may have before bidding. What you see is what you get. When I was looking around online trying to come up with a starting price, it appears that these things run anywhere from $500-$1000 or more depending on a variety of factors. I didn't see any with the carrying case and as many accessories, so I'm going to start at the high end and see what happens. I'll end up lowering the price on a regular basis until it sells. This listing includes: A Fluke 99 ScopeMeter Series II 50 MHz Oscilloscope. It powers up with no error messages or problems of any kind. There is a stand on the back for easy reading. The unit requires 4 C batteries in order to run without being plugged into an outlet. The batteries are not included, but the battery compartment is very clean. A Fluke PM8907/003 AC/DC Plug is included. It appears that a couple of the screw holes that hold the front and back together are stripped or broken and the screws are gone. As such, the front and back are held together with plastic wire ties. The power cord works fine, but aftermarket replacements are available all over the internet for just a few dollars if you're a "safety first" kind of guy. A genuine Fluke C95 ScopeMeter Soft Carrying Case. A soft zippered vinyl plastic case designed for storing and transporting the ScopeMeter test tool. Two separate storage compartments are provided for test leads, probes, power adapter, and other accessories. (It appears that the two compartments snap on to the side and can be removed.) An integrated tilt stand is provided for optimum viewing angle. User's Manual, ScopeMeter Accessories Manual, and Quick Operating Guide. Various probes and probe accessories, leads, alligator clips, and adapters. Please look at the pictures carefully. Note that all of the items shown in the picture with the carrying case were in the two pockets of the carrying case and they appear to be new or almost new. The items shown by themselves were out and appear to have been used although they are all in good condition.
