FLYNN O-TWO SYSTEMS OXYGEN THERAPY REGULATOR USE NO OIL R-4446 MADE IN CANADA Most of the regulator assembly is non-magnetic. We think most of the regulator assembly is of Stainless Steel. The front of the regulator knob is made of aluminum. The gages and the chain attached the the regulator assembly are made of steel. We are not sure if it is used or not. The gages are a bit rusy and scuffed up. The one gage is missing a screw on the back. The gages probably need to be re-placed. (See Picture) On the tag attached to the regulator assembly, it has this regulator assembly in condition "A" Condition "A" means this regulator assembly is in working condition. But as you can see from the pictures, the gages are a bit rusty and scuffed up. We are selling this regulator assembly in working condition, with the exception of the two gages that need to be replaced. If the regulator assembly is not in working condition, send it back for a full refund.
