The UVAL can handle short run operation or 3 shifts of continuous operation. FMA RCS-20UVC Features: Doctor Blade System - Rigid doctor blade system applies even pressure across entire roll to eliminate hazing and streaks that other wiping squeegees leave behind. Safety Features - Sheet detectors prevent fires before they start. The system shuts down the UV lamp to actively prevent fires before they have a chance to get started- unlike other systems which only detect a fire once it has started. Nylon End Dams - FMA uses nylon composite material for greater stability and wear strength - unlike common felt (used by other companies) which degrades and can contaminate the coating. Main Drive - AC Inverter drive system with electronic overload protection and spring tensioning for smooth operation in forward and reverse.
