The Folger Adam (HES/ASSA ABLOY) 310-4-12D-630 FS (Fail Safe Option) model is designed to meet industry standards and regulations. These include a UL 10C 3-hour fire rating (fail secure only), CAN4-S104 (ULC-S104) fire door conformance, UL1034 burglary-resistant listing, ANSI/BHMA A156.31 Grade 1, NFPA-252 fire door conformance, and ASTM-E152 fire door conformance. This industrial-grade electric strike necessitates a continuous duty of .51 Amps at 12VDC. We have five of these in stock, all brand new and unused, waiting for a good home. Get your hands on these electric strikes and don't forget to check out our other blow-out offerings. The 310-4 model is built for extreme heavy-duty use and boasts a rating of 3-hour fire resistance. It is made of top-quality stainless steel to withstand high abuse applications that can harm other electric strikes. With a unique 3/4" face plate and an integrated 1/4" base shim that can be removed on-site, it is suitable for rim exit devices with 1/2" or 3/4" throw latchbolts. We recommend it for use with surface vertical-rod exit devices that have up to 3/4" pullman style latchbolts on single door openings or at the top. Note that PK Keeper standard specifications apply. We have unearthed boxes of NOS (New Old Stock) in our recent inventory check! Some are newer while others may be a bit vintage, but every piece is new and still sealed in its factory packaging.
