Items for completion included in sale: waste water tank-clean water sink with filling tube-two (2) base kitchen cabinet units with counter tops-three (3) bay concession sink w/ faucets-hand washing sink w/ faucets-cash register-several take out containers-utensils-hanging menu boards-assorted paper products-wireless service bell-other assorted items. This unit was bought with the intention of finishing to open this spring. Health problems resulted in this sale. Would like gone as soon as possible and no REASONABLE offer will be refused. Buyer MUST pay through PAY PAL and unit will not be available for possession until payment has cleared. Buyer is responsible for picking up unit within three (3) days of payment clearing...no exceptions.
