The bag is BPA Free as well as FDA Approved These are textured pouches for suction style units used for residential applications.  This ad is for 100 count 8"x12" textured vacuum pouches premium quality designed to handle Sous Vide cooking.  These bags are built in Italy where Sous Vide cooking is extremely popular. These bags do not leak with normal 2-12 hour cooking times. To build a bag for "Sous Vide" or "Boil in a Bag" quality the bag must have less poly and more nylon.  This also makes the bag a premium bag for other uses.  The bag is better quality for freezing, storage, and dry products as the high content of nylon makes it more puncture resistant. Although this high quality bag is a few pennies more than the China built bags we also sell, we have found we have far less open bags and loss of product. In our home we prefer these Italian built bags for all our vacuum packing needs.  This bag will work very well with any home style vacuum sealer that uses textured bag materials.  100% money back guarantee.
