This truck has proudly served us very well and more than fulfilled its purpose to help market and bring back the famous Dew Chilli Parlor Restaurant. We completely converted and outfitted the Food Truck and opened the serving window in September 2013 and served thousands of bowls of the famous Dew Chilli while remodeling the famous flagship restaurant in Springfield, IL. Now that the restaurant is running in full swing we have decided to pass the baton and turn the keys over to a new owner that will hopefully take good care of her for her next journey.
