Fore Systems StreamRunner AVA-300 Video Signal Encoder - WITH Power Supply! Like New In Opened Original Shipping Box! Guaranteed NOT DOA!! This Item is one of several Items I purchased at auction from The State of Texas a while back, then uncovered in storage when I moved back to Austin recently. Search eBay, to see a 'Used' One Without a Power Supply was listed for $1,795.00 + $14.03 Shipping!!     Supports a wide variety of Video Applications, including Video Surveillance and Live Video Conferencing across an ATM Network'. And since The State of Texas purchased it, it Has to be the Highest Quality available.  This Unit seems to be Newer(or Less 'Used') than Any or All others listed. Also, This Unit INCLUDES a Power Supply, and is the only one Still in the Original Shipping Box. Surely, the State's Receiving Department opened the shipping box as a procedural Check-In matter, to insure the Item was indeed enclosed. Although this Item appears 'New in Opened Box', I'm listing as 'Used' as I have no way to Insure it as such. I also feel it fairly unusual for The State to keep up with the shipping if actually 'Used' for any Period of time.  So, the Item Pictured HERE, is the Exact Item you'll Receive, and if you're not as pleasantly surprised as I when I opened the re-sealed original shipping box, I cheerfully offer Return with a Full Refund.
