 Forma Scientific 3603 Blood Platelet Incubator w/ Agitator Rotator.  Model: 3603 Serial No: 51748-370 120V - 60 Hz - 12 Amp I ran it for three days it held a constant 21c by the onboard thermometer and confirmed by my Fluke thermometer. This incubator has heating and cooling function with a circulating fan to ensure even temperature. Comes with a rotating agitator with basket to hold 31 bags . Double clear front doors with lock and seal. It has a chart recorder that works and two slide out shelves. Has four caster wheels for easy movement Indicator lights include Under Temp, Over Temp, Normal, Power An audible alarm sounds when it is over temp or under temp. Its very nice cosmetically has some minimal sign of normal wear    Exterior dimensions are 39" wide x 47" tall x 22 1/2" deep w/ 7 ft cord Interior dimensions 36 3/4" wide x 30" tall x 16 1/2" deep Weight is 340 lbs. Will require freight shipping. Contact me for a shipping quote. Pallet weight is 390 lbs, Pallet dimensions are 48 x 40 x 53" tall. The freight class is 100.
