Brand new, never opened Foundation Armor S2000 concrete sealer/ densifier for sale (one gallon). It still has the factory seal. I over ordered when I sealed my basement. Product is really easy to apply with garden sprayer and does not have an odor. Here are the details from Foundation Armor: The Armor S2000 Concrete Sealer is guaranteed to waterproof, strengthen, and protect concrete for a lifetime. The Armor S2000 penetrates 4? and chemically reacts with the concrete to form a permanent crystalline barrier within the pores. It is ideal for interior basement waterproofing applications. The Armor S2000TM Concrete Sealer: Will reduce the movement of water and moisture through the pores of the concrete. Will not change the look or color of the concrete (not a coating). Works 100% below the surface. Stops alkali and efflorescence attack Strengthens substrate by up to 45% Prevents the growth of mold and mildew Increases the bond strength of epoxies, paints, and stains by up to 20% Non-slip Goes on and dries clear – does not leave behind a coating or film (sealer works below the surface) Mixes to 4 gallons and covers up to 1,250 square feet (two coats) Free of VOCs and noxious fumes How It Works Water plus cement produces Calcium Silicate Hydrate (C-S-H) in a process known as Hydration. C-S-H is the binding system for concrete. Combined with the aggregate, C-S-H gives concrete its hardness and strength. A reactive byproduct of the Hydration process is Calcium Hydroxide. When a Foundation Armor concrete sealer is applied to concrete, it reacts with the existing Calcium Hydroxide to produce additional C-S-H. This additional C-S-H is what provides the increased hardness and densification by up to 45%, and water resistance up to 100 PSI. Foundation Armor concrete sealers have the highest percentage of reactive material, and are optimized to make the silicate available more quickly for more rapid C-S-H formation. Armor S2000 TM – Where To Use The Armor S2000 TM concrete sealer can be used on: Interior and exterior concrete, brick, and masonry – above and below grade. Vertical and horizontal uncoated concrete surfaces. Poured concrete, cinderblock, concrete bricks, concrete blocks, concrete slabs, concrete pavers, shotcrete, gunite, and stamped concrete. New and old concrete. Concrete with water, moisture, vapor, and radon permeability issues. Armor S2000 TM – Preparation New concrete must cure for a minimum of 28 days. Concrete must be free of paints, stains, oils, chemicals, sealers, and dyes. Remove any efflorescence, mold, or mildew prior to application. Surface can be swept or power washed prior to application. Concrete must be completely dry when applying the sealer. Armor S2000 TM – Application Dilute Armor S2000TM sealer with 3 parts warm to hot water. Using a garden sprayer, spray on surface of concrete. Roll out any puddles with a brush or roller, or wipe up an excess materials with a clean cloth. Wait at least 45 minutes, apply a second coat. Sealer does not leave behind a coating or film – surface can be painted, stained, or sealed after 7 days. Armor S2000 TM Coverage One gallon of the Armor S2000 TM is diluted with 3 parts warm water and covers up to 1,250 square feet. For old or porous concrete, or for applications that require a third coat, expect one gallon to cover up to 700 square feet.
