Have you ever wondered how a different durometer blade would effect the final print? Now you can stop wondering and see for yourself with Ink Innovations exclusive variety pack of squeegee blades! Our unique variety pack contains a 70A, 64A, 60A and 57A blade. Sold precut to fit your Ergo-Force Handles or in rolls up to 144” long. Minimum amount for this auction is 12" x 4, however we will make a 4 blade variety pack at any length you desire. Please note: Free shipping when combined with one of our squeegee handle auctions. Description of blades: LEMON-BLADE: This is a premium quality 70A blade. Made in USA using domestically sourced raw materials. A best Before date is printed on the blades to provide a general idea of the age of the blade. A 70A will put down the least amount of ink of all of the blades in the variety pack. TANGERINE-BLADE: This is a premium quality 60A blade. Made in USA using domestically sourced raw materials. A best Before date is printed on the blades to provide a general idea of the age of the blade. A 60A will put down more ink than a 70A or 64A blade. However, the softer the blade, the faster the printing edge will wear out requiring the blade to be rotated. BUBBLE-GUM-BLADE:This is the softest single durometer blade on the market. This blade can only be used in an Ergo-Force handle because it is so soft that the blade will roll over without the support of the deflection extension of an Ergo-Force handle. This blade is an ultra premium 57A blade. Made in USA using domestically sourced raw materials. A best Before date is printed on the blades to provide a general idea of the age of the blade. A 57A blade will put down more ink than a 70A, 64A or 60A blade. However, because softer urethane wears out faster, this blade will lose its sharp edge very quickly, requiring the blade to be rotated in your handle. PURPLE-ERGO-BLADE: Ink Innovations worked with Pleiger Plastics Corporation to develop the optimum blade for our Ergo-Force handle. Our exclusive 64 durometer blade is the ultimate all-purpose everyday blade for The Ergo-Force squeegee handle. Our Purple-Ergo-Blade features the industry’s first “Best Before” date. The date is printed permanently onto every blade which provides an accurate means of determining the age of your blades. Outdated blades can now be removed from your production process before they begin to cause problems. Our unique 64A blade will transfer more ink than a 70A blade, resulting in more opaque prints on dark garments. The 64A blade will also do a much better job when printing a color on top of a white under base. Because our 64A blade will deposit a thicker layer of ink than a standard 70A blade, you can often use a finer mesh count providing greater control while holding better detail. Additionally, the softer durometer blade does a better job filling in those annoying micro craters often experienced when printing over a white under base. Softer blades are also more forgiving of the irregularities on the surface of your pallets. Excessive adhesive build-up or a stray thread stuck to your pallet that would normally show through into the finished print is greatly reduced. this ultra-premium blade is 100% made in USA (even the raw materials).
