I have for sale four used Braden/Paccar CH280A Hydraulic Winches/Hoists. Model #: CH280-54 120-01-1. Each one is rated at 28,000 pound capacity. They have been used on a barge as anchor winches and are in excellent shape! Brand new they are $35,000 each. They have been barely used and I am selling them for $100,000 for the set of four.  That is $40,000 less than new!! Send me an e-mail and lets talk!!  WE DO NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE THROUGH EBAY.  SEND ME AN E-MAIL AT dspeed@orpc.co (that is .co, not .com) I have attached a photo of one of them in service.  I can provide more to serious buyers.  I have also attached the specification sheet from the vendor. Shipping will need to be coordinated between buyer & seller and the cost will be the buyer's responsibility. Payment will need to coordinated between buyer & seller.   Payment must be made by bank check or another form of secure payment upon pick-up of the winches. PayPal was selected because eBay forced it.  PayPal cannot be used!!
