I have new the box Franklin Electric Monodrive Submersible Motor Constant Pressure Controller 5870203110.  MonoDrive is designed to provide constant pressure for single phase 3 wire systems. You can have constant pressure just by replace the old three wire control box. Some features are as follows: Selectable Hp rating 1/2,3/4 and 1HP Easy installation by removing the old three wire control box and install the monoDrive Retrofits exisiting systems NEMA  1 enclosure Single phase, 3 wire.      BENEFITS: Constant water pressure with a range of seetings from 25PSI - 80PSI Soft start feature prevents watter hammer and increases motor life. Smart Reset technology allows well recovery before restarting the pump Easy installation     Built-in Diagnostics and Protection: Surge Protection Underload Undervoltage Locked Pump Open circuit Short Circuit Overheated Controller     Applications: Residential Schools Restaurants Car washes Farms Sprinkler Systems I do have 3 of these available if more is needed.
