We try to describe each item accurately, but sometimes small dings/dents/scratches may be overlooked. Items not in the picture are not included; please do not assume it comes with the part if it is not shown. Please examine each picture; ask for more if needed. We encourage you to ask questions about an item in which you are interested. Factory Specification sheets are sometimes not available for the model listed and we try to get the closest or newest model that closely corresponds. Products listed as "TESTED & READY" are tested and in working condition. A video link showing the item during testing may be included if available. Products listed as "NOT TESTED" or "AS-IS" are not tested and we make no statement that they do work. These may be non-working or parts only units. Freight Shipping: Freight items will be shipped on a pallet. We do not charge a pallet fee. The item will secured to the pallet and wrapped with plastic and/or wrap. Business to Business shipping is included in the freight listed. RESIDENTIAL or LIFTGATE SERVICE is an additional fee (this includes running a business out of your home). Please let us know before paying so we can adjust your invoice accordingly. Once all shipping information is confirmed, we will palletize your item at that time, please allow a minimum of 1 business day to prepare your shipment. Package Shipping: USPS/FedEx shipments will be processed within 24 hours of the items successful processing of the payment. Shipping Damages: We strive to package each item properly, but this isn't always good enough. Damage is regrettably a common concern within the shipping industry. Please note any damages at the time of delivery. Mark your shipping ticket/slip with any visible damage. All damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to us and the shipping carrier. Local Pickup: Items can be picked up locally. You may come to our location and pay for the item in person if you wish. Taxes: We are registered with 6 states. Sales tax will be collected for any sales going to PA, NY, OH, VA, MD, or WV. If you are tax exempt and your account is not marked through eBay as so, please contact us prior to paying. Returns: Returns are only accepted within 14 days. The request for a return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. We only accept returns that have an RMA number. You will be responsible for shipping both ways. We will cover shipping only if there is an extreme discrepancy in the description of the item (i.e. you receive an item not pictured or described at all). A restock fee may apply.
