Hammer Drill come in fair condition, cosmetically. It shows signs of heavy use having heavy scuffing along the handle and body of the tool. The cord has been spliced (As seen in picture 11), and it seems like it has yellow paint on the one side. Despite the cosmetic condition, the tool is still fully functional.
