One(1) Twin Triode Switch for Hickok Tube Testers - Model 4506 (Octal 8-pin)   Why should I use a Twin Triode Switch on my Hickok? You may have noticed that most popular Octal basing (8-pin) twin triodes use setting 4506-x on triode #1 and 1203-x on triode #2 (where ‘x’ is the last digit setting which does not affect this switch), it is a lot of fiddle around and causes tube tester mechanical wear.  This gadget will simplify your work, for fast, accurate and consistent test results while minimizing tube tester mechanical wear, making twin triode test nice and easy!   How do I use it on my Hickok? Take a 6SN7 dual triode as an example, just do the tube tester setting as you normally would for Triode #1 eg. 4506-2 and insert the Twin Triode Switch on the Octal socket.  Carefully insert the 6SN7 on the Twin Triode Switch Octal socket (8-pin), allow the tube to warm up and do the Line Adjust as you normally would, perform the Gm or Good/Bad test as usual.  On the Twin Triode Switch toggle switch position #1 is your Triode #1 and toggle switch position #2 is your Triode #2.   You can now test your dual section triode and verify how closely they match at the flick of the toggle switch, no messing around with the tube tester settings over and over again.   Which Hickok models would this switch work for? This switch will work for Hickok 6000, 6000A/B, 6005, 539A/B/C, TV-7A/B/C/D, 533, 533A, 600, 600A, 605A, 750, 800, 800A/K or a Stark 9-66, 9-66A (Canadian Hickok) on Octal (8-pin) basing twin triodes.   Refer to separate listings on eBay to choose Model 7608A/B Twin Triode Switch for Noval basing (9-pin) twin triodes.   You may want to get a set of the Twin Triode Switches (Model 7608A & Model 4506) or (Model 7608B & Model 4506).   Every switch is carefully handmade and fully tested.  Ceramic tube socket, 304 SS steel nuts and bolts, USA ferrite beads to suppress or filter the amount of high frequency electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise if any.   Shipping is free during this promotion period.  Happy vacuum tube testing!   Warning – do not attempt to use this switch to test a vacuum tube which requires tube tester setting other than 4506 !
