The item up for sale is a very nice Friedrich Smoker. It has been cleaned and tested by our in house technicians and is ready to go. This smaller smoker allows you to add some smoked meats to your menu without taking up valuable space in your kitchen. It measures about 45" wide and only 30" deep, but still allows you to smoke up to 50 pounds of meat at one time. This smoker utilizes a convection fan and smoke generator to give you a consistent product every time. The model number of this unit is FMP-50, serial number is 50/0360805. It requires 1phase, 120 volt 15 amp and 240 volt 20 amp power. There is also a water hook up on this smoker because it has a self cleaning option.
