Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: « There are a couple of rubbed spots on the coil. « There is a small dent on one side. « The factory identification label has been partially removed. « This damage is cosmetic and will not affect the unit's operation.
