It has a BtuH cooling of 14,500/14,200 and a BtuH heating of 17,000/13,900. The reverse cycle heat BtuH is 13,800/13,500. The voltage is 230/208, the heating kilowattage is 5.0, the hertz is 60 and the minimum circuit amps is 30.0. The EER is 9.8/9.7 and the power supply is 30A. The power cord length is 5-1/2 feet. We have inspected this item and we were unable to fully test it. There is some coil damage and the base is dented/bent in some spots. Please refer to the photos for more information. We are aware of the imperfections of this item and have priced it accordingly.
