Frulmac Rondamat model E 001 - Inline Feed through End matcherGet it? For production of end matched flooring - two sliding "tenon" heads, one tongue and one groove. Flooring is fed through servo belt feed to stops for cutterhead travel to profile T&G. Tooling for 3/4' T&G, two sets - square edge and eased edge We have it set up on a steel box frame skid for ease of mobility. Because these machines require that the infeed and outfeed tables be VERY accurately aligned to the main matcher frame, for consistent accuracy of cuts, they are not easily moved. However, by attaching the components to our frame, we are able move the entire machine without affecting accuracy. Transportation and setup time is greatly reduced, thusly making our machine an especially good value, don't you think? The overall frame footprint is - 8' wide x 25' long x 6.5' high at the electrical cabinet. It's designed for forklift mobility, This machine came out of our production flooring mill where we ran it and maintained it from almost new. It's a good machine for an enterprising reclaimed wood flooring mill. We have it stored in our warehouse of woodworking machines - Classic Machine Works, Chambersburg, PA. I guess it's make the cmw site soon. Seems like the value might be, for me, about $35,000, so that's where I'm at...but who knows?
