Up for bid is a good used electric, vent-less, Fry D'Lite deep fryer. It measures 19x19x28, and it is a fully self-contained stainless steel fryer. It is designed for appetizer/short order frying. It is fully automatic, and works this way: you put food in basket, turn the timer on, and it automatically lowers the basket into the hot oil, and when the timer goes off, it automatically brings it up out of the oil. Pretty neat unit! I acquired this knowing that the fire extinguisher system needed recharged, and it still does. Everything is functional, however without the extinguisher being pressurized, it won't work. The pressure switch has to be satisfied. I bypassed it to check all functions, and they worked great. I bought it thinking I would fry fish for our club, but just not big enough.
