Inside, the entire bottom is coated with light brown "something", not sure if it is rust or hard water stains. The sight glass on the side of the compressor looks "empty". There is NO dataplate on this unit but it bears a very strong cosmetic condition to the FTS RC300-series. Notes: When power is applied and the breaker turned on, the MAINS light illuminates. Nothing else happens. We pressed the big contactor in the bottom/front of the machine and the compressor and the compressor cooling fan turned on. The sight glass filled with liquid. When the contactor was released, the sight glass emptied. NO other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
